As Chief Operating Officer, Frank is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the day-to-day activities of the firm including strategic planning, finance, accounting and collections, office and facilities maintenance, marketing, purchasing, information technology and human resources. In his management role, Frank directly manages all administrative personnel.
Steve is the partner in charge of the firm’s housing authority clients and has been a frequent presenter at the Maryland Association of Housing and Redevelopment Agencies (MAHRA) annual conference on various housing authority related topics.
Jeff specializes in the audits of nonprofit agencies and government units. Additionally, he is the partner in charge of all ERISA employee benefit plan audits and oversees the preparation of all tax and information returns by the firm.
Tim specializes in the audits of governmental entities and is the partner in charge of all the firm’s Delaware charter school audits. He has been instrumental in assisting his audit clients in the completion of well-planned, coordinated and timely audits.
