Robert M. Barbacane, the founder and managing partner, is a 1970 graduate of the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has pursued graduate studies at Widener University.
Rob has experience in providing accounting and auditing, tax and advisory services to a variety of commercial, industrial, nonprofit and governmental entities.
Professionally, Rob is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past president of the Delaware County, Pennsylvania, Chapter of the National Association of Accountants and serves on the Political Action, Legislative and Managing Accounting Practice committees of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
As an active member of the community, Rob serves on the board of directors of Crozer Keystone Health System, where he is a member of the finance committee and serves as chairman of the audit committee. He also is active with the Taylor Community Foundation and Neumann College. In addition, he serves on the Accountants Committee of United Way of Delaware. He is past board president of Goodwill Industries of Delaware and Taylor Hospital.
For over 25 years, Rob has served as an instructor for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants for courses involving accounting and auditing topics. He has received the Outstanding Instructor Award on several occasions.

Pamela W. Baker, CPA , CGFM

Pamela W. Baker is the audit partner responsible for the firm's adherence to professional standards in the proper planning, supervision and review of compliance and financial audits.
Pam is a 1980 graduate of Lynchburg College and has successfully completed numerous course studies on topics which relate to nonprofit accounting and auditing.
Pam has over 19 years of auditing experience including detailed internal control reviews and recommendations and attention to full use of analytical procedures. She has been significantly involved in audits of numerous nonprofit organizations and regularly serves in a consulting capacity to assist organizations in financial accounting and reporting, communicating with Board members and the public, hiring of finance personnel, and selection and implementation of software systems.
Her involvement with various state and national organizations has seen her as both speaker and participant in several courses revolving around compliance requirements of the Single Audit Act, OMB Circular A-133, discussions of the Yellow Book (1994 Revision) and FASB and GASB update courses.
Pam is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Frank T. DeFroda, CPA

Frank T. DeFroda is the audit partner responsible for supervision of staff and senior accountants and the planning and review of compliance and financial audits.
Frank is a 1983 graduate of Rutgers University and has over 15 years of auditing experience. He is currently certified in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Frank has gained extensive experience in engagement management of nonprofit and government entities as a member of the firm's government specialties group. His accomplishments include:

Performance as acting controller for a Pennsylvania housing authority during a period of transition.

Evaluation of internal control procedures for county government and subsequent detailed recommendations for enhancement.

Design and presentation of training course for the State of Delaware Auditor's office. The training was designed to teach other CPA firms, contracted with through the State Auditor's office, in the objectives and procedures necessary to effectively audit school districts within the State of Delaware.
Frank is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Steven N. Kutsuflakis is a 1998 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Delaware. He has brought to our firm a deep professional commitment to public accounting and the technical training necessary to be an integral part of the audit team.
Steve has extensive on-the-job training in the implementation of the Single Audit Act. In addition, he has completed numerous training courses specifically designed around the Government Accounting Standards Board codification. Steve is an integral part of the firm’s government committee and he has been dedicated to our housing authority and governmental client base since joining the firm. He has conducted in-house training programs for staff in understanding the audit and accounting issues related to GASB standards and has also been a frequent presenter at the Maryland Association of Housing and Redevelopment Agencies (MAHRA) annual spring conference on various housing authority related topics.
Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
