Pamela W. Baker, Managing Partner, is responsible for the firm’s adherence to professional standards in the proper planning, supervision and review of compliance and financial audits.
Pam is a graduate of Lynchburg College and has successfully completed numerous course studies on topics which relate to nonprofit accounting and auditing
Pam has over 35 years of auditing experience all of which have been spent almost exclusively auditing and advising the nonprofit and government sectors. She has been significantly involved in audits of numerous nonprofit organizations and regularly serves in a consulting capacity to assist organizations in financial accounting and reporting, communicating with board members and the public, hiring of finance personnel, and selection and implementation of software systems
Her involvement with various state and national organizations has seen her as both speaker and participant in several courses revolving around compliance requirements of the Single Audit Act, implementation of FASB and GASB requirements and other topics unique to the nonprofit and government sector.
Pam is involved as a volunteer in the following organizations:
